Great service from Gizzmo Heaven. Pity about the time taken to deliver by Royal Mail

Shame I can't give zero stars (also see my review on 6 May)
Ordered 2 cables on 2 April and have chased up the order twice since (email and telephone... both with no reply)
On ordering I was informed that there would be a slight delay with the delivery.
Still waiting.
Very poor customer service.

Easy to order, albeit many items seemed to be showing as out of stock. Arrived slightly later than suggested, but in current situation that was to be expected.
Very pleased with the new cables.

I ordered a Ethernet cable on the 25th it said on your website 2-3 working days delivery it’s now the 31st nothing received I emailed gizzmoheaven on the 29th about my order but they never bothered to email me back. I never even received a confirmation email . Brought through PayPal so I will be raising a dispute tomorrow. Bad company to buy from.

Even in the middle of the pandemic, Royal Mail and Poste Italiane were able to deliver my phone cover worth £ 2.69...
The cover was the right one I was looking for!

We placed the order one afternoon, it was dispatched same day, and arrived 36 hours later on a Standard Service!

Order arrived very promptly but unfortunately contained wrong size screen. Reported the error by email and received immediate response and apology with correct item arriving the next day. Very honest company with first class customer care.

Gizzmo Heaven were very efficient in sending my phone case. However I had mistakenly ordered the wrong case (Iphone 6+ instead of Iphone 6)
After contact with Gizzmo Heaven they stated they didn't have the Iphone 6 case in stock in the colour I wanted so immediately refunded my money and agreed to send me a phone case in the colour I wanted as soon as it was in stock.

Can't fault the service. Very prompt. Sadly product I ordered not so great.

I bought ,Water Resistant Noise Cancelling Bass Enhanced Sports In-Ear Earphones -
So tinny sounding, couldn't use - charity shop donation.

Update, Gizzmoheaven have refunded me my money without me asking and more importantly are looking at quality of said headphones. Happy to improve review rating on this basis.

I ordered a iPhone case and received well within the time stated, unfortunately in was not the one I required. I contacted qizzmoheaven they replaced the case with a replacement within one day exelent service throughout. Will definitely be using them again, the staff very helpful thanks. Malcolm H

Amazing, the wrong product was shipped to me at first, after contacting them they not only apologised but they allowed me to keep the erroneous product and immediately sent the product I had originally requested, mistakes happen and it's how you deal with them that matters, first class service, bravo guys x

Thank you GizmoHeaven. Your service was faultless,from my order to delivery, ( within 2days ) You even had a keep in touch facility.. The phone cases I ordered were exactly as described at a more than fair price. I am a first time customer, and i couldn't recommend you more highly.

The service was excellent, the cost was much less than that of competitors for similar items which might have led me to doubt their quality but I was swayed by the number of 5 star reviews. I was amazed by just how quickly my order arrived. The two iPhone 6 screen protectors were posted to me very soon after I placed my order and dropped through my letterbox the day after I was informed that they had been sent. I can't yet speak for the protection they give of course as it's too soon. They were bought as gifts but no doubt I will hear if there are any problems. Thank you to all concerned.
